Description:
Our company is looking for a versatile administrative assistant to join our team in Toulouse.
You will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, tracking client files, and coordinating with internal departments.
Main duties:
• Handle incoming calls and correspondence
• Enter and update customer and supplier data
• Monitor invoices and follow up on payments
• Prepare documents and meeting reports
• Provide organizational and logistical support to the team
Profile required:
• Education: High school diploma to associate degree (administration, accounting, or similar)
• Good command of office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and good communication skills
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
Conditions:
• Contract: Permanent – 35 hours/week
• Salary: €1,950 to €2,200 gross/month depending on profile
• Location: Toulouse city center
• Start date: As soon as possible
